Customer Responsibility

Unclaimed packages or missing address information that is submitted by the customer at the time of ordering is the sole responsibility of the buyer. AngelStar Farm will not reimburse the customer for shipping fees incurred in the process. If the customer received a free shipping promotion, he or she will be reimbursed the total paid minus any shipping fees incurred by the company.

Sometimes things Break!

We do our best to package every box with a great deal of care, attention and love. Many of our products are in glass jars however, and sometimes glass jars break during transit--which is beyond our control. We therefore trust that you will give us a chance to make it right for you! Send us pictures of your broken jar and your packaging immediately upon receipt of your order, full name as well as order number, and we will send you a free replacement product the next business day! (New shipping fees will still be incurred--and you are responsible for them).

Direct Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot and will not provide refunds. We can exchange your product for another of a similar price point (if you exchange for a higher price point, you are responsible for the extra costs of the product chosen, as well as new shipping fees to ship out your exchanged product. Please see Exchange policies and conditions, below.

Exceptions to Returns / Refunds

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Help! I changed my Mind, now What?

If you ordered the wrong item, or decided what you wanted wasn't quite right and want something else, we are happy to exchange a product for you under the following conditions:

  • the product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, sealed, and untampered

  • due to the nature of our products (food), all products being exchanged that have broken seals or have been tampered with may not be returned or exchanged

  • we need your full name, order number and correct contact information in order to process your exchange

  • exchanges will be given only within 30 days of the delivery date as stated on your tracking order
